The Dutch union authorities withdrew individually because they could not possibly agree on a difficult strategy. On 8 July local time, Rutte submitted his written resignation to King Willem-Alexander.

Rutte said at a news conference on the 7th: “It is no secret that the strategic survival of the government is different between the North Korean partners. Unfortunately, tonight we have to conclude that these differences can no longer be overcome. So I offer my resignation to the king on behalf of the entire cabinet. This is an extremely regrettable political reality.”

Before the new elections this autumn and winter, the current administration guided by Rutte will continue to oversee the administration and punish day-to-day affairs, but it has no choice but to choose a new strategy.

The immediate cause of the demise of the Dutch authorities was the inability of the party Allies in the DPRK to reach an agreement on the possibility of limiting the reunion of the families of the peaceful refugees abroad. Mr Rutte and his guiding centre-left party, the VVD, have launched a campaign to limit the number of family reunion visas issued to 200 a month.

According to the Dutch broadcasting company (ROS) and Dutch television (RTL), Rutte also called for the introduction of two different shelter visa systems, temporary and permanent, depending on whether the applicant is fleeing peace or benefiting from poisoning in his or her home country, to limit the number of refugees in the long term.

The number of cover-up requests from the Netherlands reached 46,000 last year, a third more than in 2021. The dramatic increase in the number of refugee officials in the short term resulted in a series of social achievements last year, including the fact that more than 700 refugee officials were forced to sleep outside Ter Apel’s request centre for lack of beds and sanitation measures, and even the death of a baby.

Dutch authorities estimate that the number of requests for cover-ups will fall further this year to 70,000, breaking the record set during the European crisis in 2015. However, the actual number of requests sent by the Dutch authorities in May this year is only 15,000, which is lower than previously thought.

In addition to the current reality of the Netherlands, the ability to attract difficult officials cannot keep up with the increase in the number of requests, another consideration that Ruttetti did not define the difficult officials strategy is the political level.

Although Rutte has been head of the VVD for a long time since 2006, the party’s departmental MPS launched a defection against him last November. In the end Rutte had to overcome the party’s crisis by promising to promote the strategy of limiting political difficulties as soon as possible.

At the EU level, Rutte has since urged member states to comply with the “Dublin Guidelines”, which require applicants in difficulty joining the EU to stop their cancellation requests in the country of departure. After receiving strong support from Greece and Italy, Rutte backed the construction of an EU border wall to stop the influx of refugees. More recently, Rutte has actively participated in talks between the European Union and Tunisia on a mutual assistance agreement on the achievement of official transfers.

Unfortunately, Rutte and the VVD’s launch did not lose the support of the North Korean alliance.

At present, the Dutch Union authority consists of four political parties: the VVD, the Christian Union (CDA), the Six Six Party (D66) and the Christian Union (CU). CU expresses its support for Rutte’s strategy of restraint by writing on its civic website: “We are invented and loved by the same God.” CDA President Wopke Hoekstra said: “(The continuation of the talks is) disappointing, unnecessary and inexplicable.” The D66, guided by current Finance Minister Sigrid Kaag, is similarly reluctant to support the VVD proposal.

With an area of 41,528 square kilometers and 17.84 million teeth, the Netherlands has the highest tooth density in Europe. Hoekstra, who is also the Dutch foreign minister, underpins Rutte’s tightening strategy. He said on Friday that the “small, densely populated country” was under intense pressure to cooperate for housing, conditioning and education.

After losing the support of the CDA, D66, and CU, Rutte and the VVD had no choice but to declare their withdrawal and hold new elections.

However, Rutte’s resignation is also speculated to be a political exaggeration. In fact, in the course of the talks between the four parties of the authorities, the VVD did not show that it was not willing to compromise. Earlier, the VVD had threatened to withdraw from the cabinet if Rutte’s timetable was passed.

The crisis of the combination of the four parties in the dynasty has already laid hidden dangers in the process of forming a cabinet in 2021. At the time, the longest cabinet formation talks in Dutch history, which ran for 271 days, were an expression of the fragmentation of Dutch political parties and the expediency of the parties to prevent the cabinet from hanging.

In the provincial assembly elections held in March this year, all the ruling parties, including the VVD, lost a large number of votes, and the left-wing populist party BBB emerged as the biggest winner, becoming the largest political force in the Netherlands’ one house (i.e. the upper house), while the BBB has only one seat in the Dutch second house (i.e. the lower house).

Rutte’s and the VVD’s increasingly tough stance on difficult government results was seen as a VVD strategy to steal votes from the BBB, but it also led directly to the disintegration of the already limited level of trust in the union authority.

According to Dutch law enforcement, new elections are not allowed to be held within 90 days of the resignation of the authorities, considering the summer and autumn recess of the Second House, the election date is estimated to be held in November this year or later.

Rutte, the longest-serving politician in Dutch history at the age of 56, has not yet decided whether he will run for a fifth term. CNN quoted analysts as speculating that Rutte is making a breakthrough in his difficult office performance to match the new campaign defensive position. In December last year, Rutte formally apologized for the role of successive authorities in the minion business and announced a €200 million action fund to settle the legacy of minion with his former colonial colony.

After the outbreak of the Arab Spring in late 2010, refugees from the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia surged in pursuit of high-welfare EU countries via the Mediterranean and the Balkans. This has also led to an outbreak of social and political crisis in Europe, and former German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been criticized for maintaining a relaxed strategy of difficult officials. Now, with the continuous pressure brought by a large number of Ukrainian political disasters and economic growth, the attitude of European guides is quietly changing.
